The Demon Lords are top tiers of the verse. Digimon Profile states that each one of them can singlehandedly destroy the Digital World,SLM stated that they are in a class of their own compared to normal Ultimates and in Savers it was stated that they almost brought the Digital World to total destruction. Take into account that normal Ultimates are stated to be basically the gods of the Digital World and to have power equivalent to an incarnation of a God and closest to God's and in GG they are stated to be god-like beings each embodying their own world wich taking into account Canoweissmon and Regulusmon's inner world means a whole multiverse since it contained multiple universes. And they rival Vitium in power who was manipulating the Memorial Stellas, which contains the infinite data and possibilities of the entire Digital World (bottomless = infinite, in Digimon. We also know that they're an infinite number of possibilities in the the Digital World). Through the manipulation of the Memorial Stellas, Vitium would have control over the data in the entire Digital World.Vitium not only had control over all of the data in the Digital World, but was also going to erode the entire Real World as well.Take note that Vitium started (though we find out Vitium goes between the dimensions later) is doing this from the top of the Colosseum, which also connects to other worlds, hence why you can fight against Taichi, Sora, Takato, etc, within there.
Lilitmon can cause space-time rifts that can swallow entire zones of the Digital World wich are each the same size as the human world merely by screeming not to even mention that the Digital World in the Xros Wars manga ttranscends the Human World to the point it encompasses it And even If you'd use the Human World as a processing resource you cannot process the Digital World's data.
Lilithmon is capable of constantly fighting other Demon Lords as she said in Next Order, so much that she got bored of it and challenged the protagonist instead who at that point already defeated:
- OmegaShoutmon who has Omegamon's power
- Bancho Leomon who can take on Three Archangels and Royal Knights
- a stronger Wargreymon and Metalgarurumon
- a stronger SkullGreymon
- a stronger Okuwamon
- Sakuyamon
- Houomon
- The Royal Knights Sleipmon,Craniumon,Magnamon,Duftmon,Alphamon,Omegamon,Examon
- Beelzebumon
- Minervamon of the Olympos XII who rival the Royal Knights
- Kuzuhamon
Lilithmon was said to be so powerful in Decode that Ophanimon said Taiga had no chance of even surviving against her, despite him already defeating the likes of Chaos Dukemon, incarnation of Digital Hazard. And the Digital Hazard has the power to destroy the Digital World + Layer of the Four Holy Beasts and can also affect the Human World.
-Belphemon can tear apart the Digital World merely by roaring,his data has been put in a sleep state by the Digital World's system for being too dangerous and Cherubimon Virtue stated in Next Order that If he wakes up his power will engulf the entire Digital World.
- Leviamon both in his bios, ReArise and SLM is stated to have so much data that he can swallow the Digital World whole. In ReArise Examon and Seraphimon could only keep him at bay untill Gankoomon found the Vademon who awakened him and broke the ritual and they were still overwhelmed. In Fortune the Sistermon who beat the Holy Beasts ( the Holy Beasts are literally the cornerstones that uphold the Digital World's space and time,can keep the Human World balanced and maintain the Digital World's balance) and also beat Huanglongmon ( Huanglongmon RM requires all Holy Beasts to be beaten in Suvive and Crusader and he was fought after the Holy Beasts in Battle Terminal 2) could only help the Tamers hang on against him until he went back to sleep.
And just to give you an idea on how powerful Examon is supposed to be:
- In BT2 one of Examon's Adult forms Coredramon Green faced and defeated Holy Beast Baihumon.
who is said that tho it is the youngest it is the strongest of the Holy Beasts.
Groundramon faced and defeated Holy Beast Xuanwumon.
- Groundramon evolves to Breakdramon against Qinglongmon
but he is ultimately brought back to its senses by Royal Knight Dukemon and Metalgarurumon.
Take into account tho that they only managed to bring him back to his senses they didn't defeat him and they died while doing so.
Slayerdramon appears against and defeats Holy Beast Zhuqiaomon.
Examon is shown in BT2 to face and defeats Huanglongmon wich is how he got the title of Dragon Emperor.
Also in Cyber Sleuth Examon is stated to be the Royal Knight with the most destructive power and highest level of battle power in the group.
It took the Royal Knights Omegamon, Magnamon,Dukemon, UlforceVeedramon, JESmon and the MC's team ( Rosemon,Hi-Andromon,Saint Galgomon) to stop an Examon that was corroded by the Eaters.
This card's artwork is a direct refference to that.
And in the Xros Wars manga the Royal Knights put Belphemon and Leviamon under great watch thinking them to be candidates for being the great dragon who would destroy existence and nothingness,life and death,past and future,heaven and earth, devour all souls, and turn data the equivalent to atoms and molecules to useless data with his flames and make the two worlds crush each other with their respective griefs leading to an era of a void where not a single flicker of light or a flake of darkness exists who turned out to be Zeed Milleniumon.
- Daemon is the embodiment of the virus that maliciously destroys the arrangements of 1's and 0's that make up the Digital World and it was stated that If the virus would spread its dissesse it would bring the Digital World to ruin.
And in ReDigitize he defeated Barbamon while they both had half of the power of the other Demon Lords.
-Barbamon can release the entire energy of the Dark Area.
The normal Digital World,Digital World Iliad and others have their own Dark Area and each Dark Area is connected to a deepest layer known as Cocytus. There is only one Cocytus an area shared by all Digital Worlds. It resides in a dimensional distortion. The Dark Area errodes space while active. It is the world of nothingness. It can swallow both the Digital and Human World. It can destroy the boundaries between worlds and tear apart the Digital World while active. It is infinite and multi-layered and time stops there.
And him and Daemon took on Dukemon,Magnamon,Craniumon, Ulforceveedramon and Noble Pumpmon at once in ReArise and were a very tough fight.
- Beelzebumon is stated that he could be at the top of the Nightmare Soldiers army If he wanted to and that there's only one Demon Lord stronger than him aka Lucemon. And in ReArise he said that if he has his full power he would have beaten Gulfmon within a blink of an eye and Gulfmon can destroy the world in 7 days and he was powered up by data from the humans via an app he created.
And in Cyber Sleuth it is stated that the Demon Lords are so powerful that they exist in all of the parallel worlds of the multiverse (wich is infinite btw). This is a kind of seal. By existing in all parallel worlds their power is disperssed.

Digital World being managed and operated on multiple servers,being beyond the Network and Human World aka in a superior hierarchical position to them,being multi-layered aka divided into multiple higher dimensions stacked on top of each other,transcending and erroding reality and cannot be measured,being a higher level structure that encompasses the Human World and even if you'd use the Human World as a processing resource you cannot process the Digital World's data, all human worlds being scattered around in the middle of the Digital World, the layers being the past,present and future and you have to transcend space-time to travel between the layers,Digimon created miniverses worlds specifically designed to suit their characters and abillities and the highest,deepest part is the layer of the Four Holy Beasts.

In Digimon World DS the Demon Lords are fought after Chronomon Destroy Mode who even before he awakened was stated that if he awakens and goes to the center of the world wich is the Kernel,he will destroy the entire Digital World.
He also one shot Clavis Angemon and Alphamon before even awakening. Clavis Angemon and Alphamon previously clashed on par and Clavis Angemon has the ability to collapse the Digital World via The Key.
And Chronomon DM specifically said the he will destroy everything besides himself.
